BCBA

BCBA stands for Board Certified Behavior Analyst. A BCBA is required to obtain a graduate degree, complete a comprehensive practicum experience, and pass a certification exam. In addition, in order to maintain certification, BCBA's are required to obtain continuing education units to ensure that their practices are up-to-date with the most recent research and methods.

Each client will receive an assigned BCBA. The BCBA designs and supervises each client's customized therapy plan. Most importantly, a BCBA will meet regularly with parents to review progress and conduct trainings. All BCBA's at SOAR have extensive experience with children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders and are dedicated to help provide the highest quality of care.
